Francesca Dobbyn is the Executive Director of the United Way of Bruce Grey and was the author of the Owen Sound Sun Times’ bi monthly column Running With Scissors.
A community activist and a single mother of two, Francesca continues to work to improve society with a strong voice, speaking up for those who cannot speak or those who fear to speak.
Best know for running the Wiarton Willie Festival, Francesca is a familiar face around Grey and Bruce Counties.
